A court has ruled that Racing NSW and chief executive Peter V’landys’ move to sack the Australian Turf Club board was “invalid”.

The state’s racing regulator has been dealt a significant blow after a court ruled that its appointment of an administrator to take charge of the Australian Turf Club was invalid.
