New! My most loved recipes of 2025. From weeknight dinners to no-bake desserts, these are the ones you made, shared, and came back to over and over again. The no bake peanut butter pretzel pie landed near the top for a reason. Sweet, salty, cold from the fridge, and zero oven time. This beef pot pie is one of those dinners that just hits when you want something cozy and filling. Rich, savory beef filling underneath a buttery, flaky puff pastry topper that bakes up golden and crisp. I love doing it this way because you get all the comfort of pot pie without messing with a bottom crust. Okay this one is serious comfort. Slow cooked chicken, deeply caramelized onions, and that rich, savory flavor you love in French onion soup baked right into the pan. The chicken gets so tender you can pull it apart with a fork, and the onions melt down into the most flavorful sauce. Comment RECIPE and I’ll send it to you 🤍 #comfortfood #slowcookeddinners #slowcooker #chickendinner #frenchonionchicken #roastedchicken #familydinner #cozymeals #chickenrecipes #fblifestyle | The Salty Cooker

This is the kind of dinner that feels a little fancy but still very doable. Beef short ribs cooked low and slow until they’re fall-apart tender, finished in a rich, glossy pomegranate sauce that’s savory, slightly sweet, and just tangy enough to keep you going back for another bite. It’s cozy, bold, and perfect for when you want something comforting but elevated. I love serving these with mashed potatoes, rice, or even crusty bread to soak up every bit of that sauce. These fluffy oat bran blueberry muffins are one of those bake-once, enjoy-all-week recipes. Soft in the middle, lightly golden on top, and loaded with juicy blueberries in every bite. Oat bran gives them a hearty texture and a solid fiber boost, while cinnamon and a hint of cardamom keep them warm and cozy without being overly sweet. They mix up in one bowl and bake up light and tender, which makes them perfect for breakfast, snacks, or that mid-afternoon coffee moment. Comment MUFFINS and I’ll

I love making a good breakfast casserole, especially on the weekend. This cornbread breakfast casserole is one of my go-tos because you can prep it the night before, pop it in the oven in the morning, and breakfast is done. It easily feeds 8 to 10 people, but it’s also great for meal prep if you want to reheat slices throughout the week. Cozy, filling, and honestly just really good. One pan date me chicken. This is a simple, well-balanced dinner that comes together quickly and has really great flavor. Everything cooks in one pan, the ingredients are minimal, and the end result just works. It’s the kind of meal you make when you want something good on the table without overcomplicating it.
