❤️‍🩹 Happy ending for our recent Red-tailed Hawk patient We treated this beautiful raptor for ocular injuries, head trauma, and rodenticide poisoning. On admission, he could barely stand. By his last day he was a force to be reckoned with, and a fully flighted one at that! 🦅 Wildlife rehabilitation is collaborative in nature-- it really does take a village! Thanks to our donors who help us keep our doors open, @brandywinespca_dc for capture & transport of the hawk, Dr.Armor of @friendship_hosp
